Dante has spent his entire career building machinery for the food industry, climbing through the ranks to become President of Pacproinc, the role he holds today.Since joining Pacproinc in 1992, Dante has helped build the company from a promising startup to the industry leader it is today. Dante’s focus is on improving Pacproinc through operational improvements, staff training, and better customer communication.

John spent much of his earlier career with Colorcon, where he led global teams through audits, bankruptcy filings, acquisitions and integration. He is a CPA, CGMA and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.John holds a BS in Business Administration and Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University and an MBA in International Business and Taxation from Philadelphia University.

This technical sales experience has enabled Craig to bring an analytical and technical thought process to practical problem solving for customers in various industries.Working in a range of industries has provided the problem-solving insight that he brings to the food processing industry. Craig came to Pacproinc® in 2007; his engineering background helps him create a systematic approach to materials sales that his customers really appreciate. Craig strongly believes in adding value to his customers’ operations and is constantly working on the development of new materials.

After graduating from RETS Electronics School with a certificate in Electrical Engineering Technology, Jim amassed significant experience in various maintenance leadership and other roles with Jedco, Inc., Graham Packaging, Holland American Wafer Company, and Ranir, LLC.Throughout his career, Jim has dealt with high-precision applications, and much of his background has been related to the maintenance of high-purity equipment like that encountered at Pacproinc®. Jim’s knowledge, background, work ethic and desire to make sure our customers’ equipment runs every day make him a good leader for the service department.

Lori’s involvement with the administrative side of manufacturing spans more than 10 years, and she has nearly 20 years of customer service experience.She joined Pacproinc® in 2008, where she coordinates day-to-day administrative functions for the sales and marketing departments. Lori is dedicated to providing a high-quality customer experience from the early stages of contact through equipment order follow-up.
Customer Service Coordinator
Melissa has more than 18 years of customer service experience.She came to Pacproinc® in May 2010, and in her current role, she assists in the day-to- day financial transactions in both A/R and A/P. She also handles material orders for our customers. Melissa works hard to ensure that our materials customers receive the attention they deserve and prides herself in being able to maintain a good relationship with our customers. In her spare time, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family and traveling to the beach.

Bob has been working at Pacproinc since 2007 and is currently a Sales Engineer, providing an interface between the Customer and the Pacproinc Engineering and Sales Departments.Bob has a lifelong quest for participating in and learning from Solidworks and Project Management course. He uses this knowledge daily and applies it to helping customers with automation solutions. Bob has also completed CPR training and a member of the Company Emergency Response Team at Pacproinc.
