Larry Ward

Larry Ward

Chairman

After completing a degree in Engineering and Technology, Larry started his career designing typewriters for SCM Corporation. Shortly thereafter he joined the U.S. Navy and became a deep-sea diver. Larry took a job as a Hyperbaric Engineer at the University of Pennsylvania after leaving the Navy, doing underwater medical research. After several years with Penn, he returned to machinery design, working for FMC Corporation as a packaging machinery designer. Later he moved on to Exide Battery Corporation as a project engineer, where he helped design and launch new manufacturing plants. Larry made the move to packaging machinery and materials sales in the mid ‘70s, and in 1981 he started Packaging Films and Equipment Co.
In 1989 he launched Packaging Progressions, which has grown to become the world leader in high-speed Interleaving and stacking machinery.
He has contributed to every major product line and patent application, and is co-inventor of U.S. patents #5,768,857, #6,827,545, and #8,635,837.  Larry strongly believes in the R&D process and continues to work directly with the pacproinc engineering team developing new product ideas.

Drew earned a BS in Management from the Virginia Tech Pamplin College of Business before beginning his career as an account manager with Spirent Communications, where he focused on technical sales of remote test equipment and operational support systems to large telecommunications carriers. His career in telecom introduced him to the complexities of customer-driven product development and allowed him to further develop his sales strategies on the front end of the development cycle.
In 2006, Drew brought his ability to sell and market niche solutions back to the family business. He set to work helping to develop the Pacproinc® brand, grow sales and develop innovative new products to solve customer problems.
Drew is driven by the challenge of communicating the sometimes abstract benefits of unique solutions; he believes that customer advocacy, high quality, quick response, and a passion for designing, building, and selling world-class solutions will continue to drive Pacproinc®'s success.
Dante Pietrinferni

President

After studying engineering at The Pennsylvania Institute of Technology, Dante earned a BBA in marketing and management from Ursinus College, graduating summa cum laude in 1999. While at Ursinus, he was elected into Alpha Sigma Lambda (Gamma Omicron chapter), the national honorary society for continuing higher education students.  He is currently working on his APICS CPIM certification.
Dante has spent his entire career building machinery for the food industry, climbing through the ranks to become president of Pacproinc®, the role he holds today.
Since joining Pacproinc® in 1992, Dante has helped build the company from a promising startup to the industry leader it is today.  He has contributed to every major product line, design improvement, and patent application, and he is co-inventor of U.S. patent #5,768,857 and #8,635,837. Dante’s focus is on improving Pacproinc through operational changes, staff training, and better customer communication.  
John T. Fry, CPA

John T. Fry, CPA

Controller / Director of Human Resources

John has spent over 20 years as a trusted financial leader and advisor to executive leadership teams. In his current role as Controller and Director of HR/Admin, he is responsible for the management and analysis of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and HR and Administrative functions.
John spent much of his earlier career with Colorcon, where he led global teams through audits, bankruptcy filings, acquisitions and integration. He is a CPA, CGMA and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
John holds a BS in Business Administration and Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University and an MBA in International Business and Taxation from Philadelphia University.
Andy Yencha

CPIM - Operations Manager

Andy has over twenty years Operations and Supply Chain experience, specializing in improving manufacturing operations, production planning and scheduling, inventory control, purchasing, and logistics. He has worked for several small to mid-size manufacturers in the food packaging, filtration, and lighting industries in positions such as Operations Manager, Plant Manager, and Materials Manager. In his role as Operations Manager, Andy is committed to leading teams that build quality machines that ship on-time.  He is continually developing our engineering, production, materials, and machine shop staff to improve efficiency, product designs, and machine-build processes to better serve our Customers. Andy holds a BS and an MBA from the Pennsylvania State University.  He is APICS CPIM certified in Production and Inventory Management and Lean-Six Sigma Certified by Drexel University.  Andy has served on the Board of Directors as Vice President of Finance for the Philadelphia Area Chapter of APICS for 10 years.  Andy also teaches Supply Chain Management courses at several area colleges and universities and is one of only 400 APICS Recognized Instructors in the United States certified by APICS to teach the CPIM program. Andy also serves on the Planning Commission for West Rockhill Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
Mike Kozlowski

Mike comes to Pacproinc with over 25 years of sales experience in a variety of industries.  Mike has a passion for interacting with his clients to bring forward solutions that meet their needs. He currently is responsible for all of Packaging Western Region sales and resides in San Antonio, Texas with his wife.  Mike has an AAS in Electronic Technology from DeVry and also attended Bloomsburg University.
Parker Reusch

Parker Reusch

Account Manager

Parker graduated from Penn State University in 2015 with a BS in Electrical Engineering. He started with Pacproinc shortly after graduation and has been with the company since February of 2016. Parker is the Eastern Region Sales Account Manager for equipment sales at Pacproinc. His territory includes the eastern United States and the entirety of Canada. Parker is also an active member of the Young Professionals Group network through the Food Processing Suppliers Association. In his time with Pacproinc, Parker has been able to grow and learn the industry by being on the road visiting processing plants and dealing with the end user directly. His technical background helps when problem solving with the customer.  Through this process he is committed to provide the best interleaving and stacking solution for the customer’s specific application.
Craig Deppert

Material Sales Manager

Craig graduated from Marietta College with BS Degree in Petroleum Engineering. For the last quarter century, he has used his engineering background to gain technical sales experience in various industries, ranging from oil/water separation and wastewater treatment to dry goods material handling and filtration systems.
This technical sales experience has enabled Craig to bring an analytical and technical thought process to practical problem solving for customers in various industries.
Working in a range of industries has provided the problem-solving insight that he brings to the food processing industry. Craig came to Pacproinc® in 2007; his engineering background helps him create a systematic approach to materials sales that his customers really appreciate. Craig strongly believes in adding value to his customers’ operations and is constantly working on the development of new materials.
Bart Leussink

Business Development Manager

After studying Strategic Innovation Management at the University of Groningen, located in the Netherlands, Bart earned his Master’s Degree. With his international experience from previous roles, he started working for Pacproinc. Together with his European team, he is responsible for the European business development activities. The experience of Bart has led to an increased presence across the European continent, building brand awareness resulting in increased sales opportunities. Bart is driven by the unique solution that Pacproinc delivers to companies across the globe. He sees Europe as the main area for growth, and together with his team, he is bringing Pacproinc to the next level on the continent.
Tim Govan

Service Manager

Tim joined the team as the Service Manager in June 2018. Prior to joining Pacproinc, he held the position as Service manager at JLS Automation. Tim has been in the industry for over 20 years. During those 20+ years, Tim developed his skill set working as an FSE for multinational equipment builders like Multivac, Wexler Packaging, Best Nomos, and GNB. During that stretch, Tim owned and operated his own service business (TAG Industrial) for 9 years. The lessons learned during this time allowed him to develop the crucial customer relations skills, and equipment knowledge necessary to be successful running a fast-paced service department. Due to years of exposure to the food processing industry, Tim has developed a customer first approach to delivering top quality service and products to our current and future customers.

Jim brings more than 20 years of industry experience to our service team—including 13 years at Pacproinc®—with three of those years spent in his current supervisory role.
After graduating from RETS Electronics School with a certificate in Electrical Engineering Technology, Jim amassed significant experience in various maintenance leadership and other roles with Jedco, Inc., Graham Packaging, Holland American Wafer Company, and Ranir, LLC.
Throughout his career, Jim has dealt with high-precision applications, and much of his background has been related to the maintenance of high-purity equipment like that encountered at Pacproinc®. Jim’s knowledge, background, work ethic and desire to make sure our customers’ equipment runs every day make him a good leader for the service department.
Stephen Tees

Stephen Tees

Service Technician

Stephen is a seasoned Field Service Technician who has spent the last 18 years learning from passionate and professional people throughout the industry. With this experience, he strives to provide excellent customer relations and customer service. Since 2008, Stephen has put his broad support knowledge to work for Pacproinc®’s users. Through his professional experience and education, Stephen has developed a keen sense of marketing and sales expertise, along with the ability to train and hold seminar-type simulations.
These enable him to effectively communicate the technical information needed to properly operate Pacproinc® machines.
Stephen holds a degree in Computer Science, along with OSHA certificates and others related to multiple types of processing and packaging equipment.
Jos Seagers

Jos is new to the machinery business but is very proud to be a part of the Pacproinc family. He spent his first 5 years out of college in Arizona working in the financial industry with the Vanguard Group in Malvern Pa. Being part of the Institution sales team brought many great lessons and experiences in business and customer service. After leaving the financial world he spent several years working in automotive sales for Northwest BMW of Owings Mills Md. This experience gave a greater since of responsibility for the client and support of the client after the sale. This was also a great source for building and maintaining many relationships and future contacts. Jos spends his extra time at home with his family looking for new adventures and racing motorcycles on the weekends.

Lori holds a degree in Applied Science from Lehigh Carbon Community College, where she graduated with honors and was a member of the Phi Theta Kappa National Honor Society. She was listed in Who’s Who in American Junior Colleges and Universities, as well as being a USAA All-American Scholar.
Lori’s involvement with the administrative side of manufacturing spans more than 10 years, and she has nearly 20 years of customer service experience.
She joined Pacproinc® in 2008, where she coordinates day-to-day administrative functions for the sales and marketing departments. Lori is dedicated to providing a high-quality customer experience from the early stages of contact through equipment order follow-up.

Melissa holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration from the Pennsylvania Business Institute with some credits towards a Bachelor’s Degree. As a student, Melissa was named to the Dean’s List and was involved in many school activities.
Melissa has more than 18 years of customer service experience.
She came to Pacproinc® in May 2010, and in her current role, she assists in the day-to- day financial transactions in both A/R and A/P. She also handles material orders for our customers. Melissa works hard to ensure that our materials customers receive the attention they deserve and prides herself in being able to maintain a good relationship with our customers. In her spare time, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family and traveling to the beach.

Parts Coordinator

Grace holds an Associate’s degree in in Medical Billing and coding from Colorado Technical University with some credits towards a bachelors in Business Management.  Grace also completed a training course in Automotive Repair and Technology. Grace brings with her over 15 years of customer service experience.  Grace worked as a Service advisor and Warranty administrator in the automotive industry prior to switching gears into the food and packaging industry. Grace has a strong passion for customer service excellence.  Customer satisfaction holds a very important role for Grace in her career in the Parts and Service department, she has a can-do attitude. Grace prides herself in being able to maintain a good relationship with our customers while still being able to keep up with the rapidly increasing industry.  Grace enjoys a fast paced and challenging environment. In her spare time Grace enjoys spending time with her husband and two young boys as well as her Brittany and Springer Spaniel.  Grace also enjoys boating, being on the water, and is always up for an adventure.
Allen Ely

Allen Ely

Technical Director

Allen has more than 20 years of experience at Pacproinc®, where he is responsible for electrical design, programming, and new product development, and he supports system installations and equipment startup. Allen graduated from the RCA Technical Institute with a degree in Electronic Engineering Technology, and he has completed continuing education coursework at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and Villanova.  Throughout his three decades in the food equipment industry, Allen has specialized in interleaving and underleaving equipment.
Having seen the evolution of paper interleaving equipment, he brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the Pacproinc® team.
Prior to entering the world of food equipment design, Allen worked in the electronics industry—including stints with Vishay Intertechnology, Analytical Development, Control Process, and Mechtronics Industries—where he designed digital controls for machine automation and instrumentation used for environmental testing. He has contributed to every major product line, design improvement and patent application, and he is co-inventor of U.S. patents #5,768,857, #6,827,545 and #8,635,837.  Allen continues to spearhead all applications engineering activities, while providing leadership and knowledge of the food industry to engineering and field service departments.
Bob Tomko

Bob Tomko

Sales Engineer

Bob has an extensive engineering background with over 50 years of experience in various manufacturing facilities. He is knowledgeable, professional, detail oriented, and concerned with providing the best possible product and service to Pacproinc customers.
Bob has been working at Pacproinc since 2007 and is currently a Sales Engineer, providing an interface between the Customer and the Pacproinc Engineering and Sales Departments.
Bob has a lifelong quest for participating in and learning from Solidworks and Project Management course. He uses this knowledge daily and applies it to helping customers with automation solutions. Bob has also completed CPR training and a member of the Company Emergency Response Team at Pacproinc.
Charles Faust

Applications/R&D Manager

Charles graduated from North Carolina State University in 2001 summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design.  While at NCSU he was inducted as a member of the Golden Key International Honor Society as well as the Tau Sigma Delta Honor Society.  Since graduating he has been employed as an engineer designing a diverse array of products ranging from robotic assembly cells to live drawing lottery machines.
His role as Applications/R&D manager puts him at the forefront of the creative wing here at Pacproinc.
Since joining Pacproinc in early 2017 he has been granted US patent #10,106,363 and has a number of other patents currently pending.  Charles’ primary focus in on creating innovative solutions that improve productivity and increase profitability for our customers in the food industry.
Tom Dougherty

Materials Manager

Tom started his career with Ford Electronics as a Systems Operator after completing a Computer Tech School program. While at Ford, he returned to Penn State and eventually Arcadia University where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. He has held various roles in Information Systems (Systems & Database Admin, Systems Analyst, Project Manager) and Materials Management (Supply Chain Analyst, Shipping & Receiving Supervisor, Purchasing & Planning Manager). In addition to his technical background, Tom has nearly 20 yrs. experience with Lean Manufacturing. He was a member of the Lean Launch team at the Ford Lansdale plant. This was followed by Lean Team membership at Brook’s Instrument and then as a Lean Launch Champion at Severn Trent Services. As Materials Manager at Pacproinc, Tom now utilizes his Information Systems, Materials, and Lean background to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving opportunities in the plant and throughout the supply chain.
Frank Rocchino

Quality Assurance Manager and Safety Director

Frank joined Pacproinc’s leadership team as Quality Assurance Manager in August of 2015 to initiate efforts focused on improving PPI’s overall product quality and to reinforce its Quality Management System (QMS). Frank was also named Safety Director in 2017, leading PPI’s safety committee to OSHA certification in September of 2018. Frank attended Lafayette College and Lehigh Carbon Community College, and has earned degrees in both Chemistry and Electronics Technology. He has earned certifications in ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 Auditing and Implementation, Occupational Safety & Health Training and Supervision, Six Sigma, and a lifetime certification from the American Society for Quality (ASQ) in Process Improvement. Frank has more than 20 years of experience in Quality Assurance/ Quality Control, Quality Systems Administration, Auditing, Safety, Manufacturing Support, R&D, Employee Training, as well as implementing and managing corporate regulatory compliance initiatives (ISO, FDA, cGMPs, OSHA, etc.).
