PIZZA - INTERLEAVING AND STACKING
The PPI-200 Interleaver accurately and consistently places a pre-programmed sheet of film, foil or paper under pizza crusts at speeds up to 1,100 dozen per hour per lane. Once the interleaving sheet has been placed under the crust, it may be folded or wrapped around the product for ease of separation, sanitary handling, and - with foil sheets - box to oven baking. Our interleavers accommodate paper width sizes ranging from 13 inches to 40 inches. Our PLC design allows easy production setup or changes. Control and drive enclosures are temperature controlled and fully gasketed to protect components. pacproinc's large variety of stacking modules automatically count and stack the interleaved portions into uniform groups. The uniform stacked groups are then conveyed to a customer’s wrapping or cartoning machine, or packed by hand.
PIZZA - STACKING ONLY
Introducing our new VERSA-STAX™ - designed specifically for stacking frozen pizza and frozen dough sheets where interleaving is not required and product change-over occurs often. The VERSA-STAX™ is capable of stacking frozen product between 6” and 18” in diameter (or width) and at speeds up to 240 portions per minute with minimal change-over time. The PLC design accepts recipes and allows for variable stack counts. The stainless steel stacker is fully washable and meets or exceeds industry sanitation standards. A climate control option is available for the control cabinet where ambient temperatures exceed 70º F. The VERSA-STAX™ can discharge directly onto a packaging machine. A vacuum packaging machine loading option is available

We manufacture stainless steel interleavers and a full line of modular counter stackers for tortillas, empanadas, pitas, burritos,and other portion-controlled bakery products. Our PPI-200 Interleaver places a pre-programmed sheet of film, foil or paper under raw, baked, or par-baked portions at speeds up to 220 portions per minute per lane (size dependent) or 1,100 dozen per hour per lane.
Interleaving protects your product, improves ease of handling, and improves package presentation. The interleaved portions are then conveyed to one of our modular counter stackers for hands-free, automatic high speed stacking.
Our interleavers and stackers maximize the speed of your production line and give your quality packaged product more shelf appeal than your competition.

DOUGH INTERLEAVING AND STACKING
NEW Entry Level Interleaver
The PPI-200ES provides a vertically integrated packaging system at an entry level price and is designed to accept sheeted product from a makeup line or extruder. Product applications include Phyllo dough, cobbler crusts, pie crusts, crepes, and much more.
Operating at speeds up to 40 sheets per minute (maximum length 16”), the PPI-200ES accurately and consistently places a pre-programmed sheet of paper or film under your fresh or frozen product. This automatic interleaving protects your product from distortion and belt marks caused by freezers and proofers. Interleaving sheets also improve freeze release and reduce contamination risk. The interleaved products can then be conveyed to one of our modular stackers, for hands-free automatic stacking. The finished stacked products are then conveyed to your packaging or wrapping machine.
Available as a stand alone Interleaver or Interleaver and Stacker combo, the sanitary, stainless steel equipment is designed for easy and thorough washdowns. The latest PLC and servo motor technology has been incorporated into this durable streamline design ensuring low maintenance and a long machine life.
The compact size of the PPI-200ES utilizes a minimum of floor place and its low profile design allows for an unobstructed view of your processing line.

PASTA INTERLEAVING AND STACKING
The PPI-200 interleaver accurately and consistently places a pre-programmed sheet of film, foil or paper under pasta portions at speeds up to 120 portions per minute per lane.
Once the interleaving sheet has been placed under the pasta, it may be folded or wrapped around the product for ease of separation and sanitary handling.
Stacking modules automatically count and stack the interleaved portions into uniform groups. The uniform stacked groups are then conveyed to your wrapping or cartoning machines or can be easily packed off by hand.
Manufactured with stainless steel construction to meet the industry's latest sanitation standards, the PPI-200 blends state-of-the-art PLC control with a durable design that ensures long machine life and low maintenance.
