The high speed, fully automated stainless steel system places a pre-programmed sheet of paper or film under or around your sliced or formed portion, stacks the portions, and conveys the stacks to final packoff. (There is a bypass option for non-interleaved product.)
The design and construction of the PPI-200 addresses the need of today’s food processors for efficiency of operation and ease of sanitary maintenance. Stand-off mountings prevent the trapping of any product scrap and a 1½” minimum separation between conveyors and side walls allows room for thorough wash-downs. The round and polished welds clean easily. Sheet metal breaks alleviate the possibility of standing water on any horizontal surfaces. Solid fill bearings are used in all food contact areas and optional anti-bacterial belting and casters are available. The paper tray keeps paper tails off the floor so they cannot become contaminated.
